We are proud to announce our new Culinary Team at BarVista.
Chef Kevin Wynn is joining our team as Head Chef. Kevin was born and raised in Huntsville. Kevin left to go to Culinary School in Birmingham where he worked under Frank Stitt and at The Club. Kevin continued his culinary talent in Florida where he worked as Head Chef at Poppy's and Black Pearl. Kevin found his way back to Birmingham working at Perry's Steakhouse before coming back to Huntsville and briefly worked at Mezza Luna prior to joining us. Kevin joins Chef Lee Gregory (executive chef) as a partner for The Wescott Restaurant located below us and shall be opened later this year.
We are also proud to announce John Cleveland as our Chef de Cuisine. John attended Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta. After completing the strenuous culinary program, he went to Beaver Creek, Colorado where he worked as a Sous Chef at Beano's Cabin and Head Chef at Aly's Cabin. He found his way in Huntsville working at Cotton Row prior to joining our team. John will also be part of The Wescott Restaurant culinary team.
