He currently owns 2 nationally recognized and award-winning restaurants in Richmond, Virginia, and is the lead innovator of our most current menu items.

We use local craft beer to cook the pork shoulder to perfection, then top it with cabbage slaw, pickled jalapeños, and a mustard vinegar sauce. All between a toasted hawaiian roll.
